Stroke is the second biggest killer in Australia, after cancer, and more people will have strokes as the population ages. Some of those who have strokes lose the ability to speak, but not to sing. We hear a performance from the Stroke a Chord choir in Melbourne and also discuss the experience of stroke, emerging research and the rehabilitation challenges.
